Slaying Dragons!!!

I have to write this down quickly - 1. because I have to be in a staff meeting in 2 minutes and 2. because I don't want to forget this.

Today Theo came to work with me. He took off on me a couple of times - just down the hallway, so I wasn't too worried. He can't really get out, so I slowly followed him around the floor - loosing sight of him a couple of times. At one point I caught up with him near our COO's office. Our COO was standing there with one of the directors. Theo had obviously just passed them. Anway, the director was laughing and told me that Theo needs to be careful with his sword (Theo was pretending to be Sir Theo who was fighting dragons!). I caught up with Theo at that point and made sure that he didn't wack anything while we were on our way back to my own office.

Well...the surprize came at lunch time. Today was our Halloween celebration (+ all staff meeting and lunch) at our office. Theo was dressed up as Batman and had a great time. But he was very distracting - in an entertaining way - the way Theo was running around the room as Batman vanquishing evil. Our COO could barely concentrate on what he was trying to present to us. But we were all having fun. After getting his thoughts derailed again our COO stopped and told us a story about what had happened to him this morning.

It seems that Sir Theo, upon rounding one corner encountered him. Our COO stepped out of the way to let Sir Theo pass, but Sir Theo had something else in mind. Sir Theo ended up 'slaying the dragon' by jabbing him in the stomach!!! And then he ran off again yelling 'charge!'...

I was so surprized!!!!! Thankfully our COO didn't mind and everyone in the room at lunch time laughed themselves silly about the story!
